The support offered is for one year. It includes the following:

• Page content changes as required
• Any other small non-structural changes as required.

It does not include:

• Site redesign
• Additional pages/products

* This support package is for "Basic" page content changes, not weekly site revamps. If you require more regular changes, it will incur an additional charge.

** If during the first year, your support requirement is over and above the "Basic" level of support, you will be required to move to the "Advanced" support package when renewing.
